2025 has been a writing year for me, however there were Book Event highlights too. I enjoyed meeting new and existing supporters at Indigo’s Bloor/Bay store. Thanks, Indigo, for hosting me and both of my books! Returning to Biblio Bash was a treat. Thanks to Anne Maggisano for hosting me and Areta Lloyd for being my fun date! Sitting at the table with John Irving and his partner Janet Turnbull was also a treat. In the fall INK’D Verity was a chance for Verity authors to present to a full room of members and guests. Thanks, Delane Cooper for the invite to present. Two other notable events this year were (1) The Acquisition of Elizabeth Grace into an Audio Book and (2) the completion of my University of Toronto Creative Writing Certificate – 3 years and 7 courses – I so enjoyed the learning. Highly recommend!
